Welcome to Snuggli! These Terms of Service govern your use of the Snuggli application and services. By using Snuggli, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Important Medical Disclaimer
Snuggli is NOT a medical service. It is a wellness support tool designed to help you track your mood and build healthy habits.
Araba is NOT a therapist. She is an AI companion that provides supportive conversation, but she is not a licensed mental health professional and cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Snuggli is NOT a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (like 911) or a crisis helpline immediately.
Snuggli encourages seeking professional help when needed and is designed to complement, not replace, professional mental health care.
1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 17 years old to use Snuggli. The app is rated 17+ because it contains unmoderated peer support content where users can post freely.
- By signing up you confirm that you are 17 or older. We may terminate accounts found to belong to users under 17.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use Snuggli only for personal wellness purposes.
- Treat other community members with respect and kindness.
- Do not share content that is harmful, hateful, or inappropriate.
- Do not attempt to harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
- Do not use Snuggli for any commercial purposes without permission.
- Do not attempt to access other users' private data or accounts.
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behaviour
- Snuggli has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable user-generated content or abusive users.
- You agree NOT to post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, illegal, or that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- You agree NOT to bully, harass, threaten, impersonate, or stalk any other user.
- All posts, comments, and messages are filtered by our automated moderation system and any user can flag content for human review.
- Reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours — including removal of the content and ejection of the user who posted it.
- Users who post objectionable content or who abuse other users will have their accounts terminated. Repeat or severe violations result in immediate, permanent ban with no refund.
- You can block any user at any time from the post menu — they will not be notified, and you will never see their content again.
- To report content or an abusive user, tap the ⋯ menu on any post or contact hi@snuggli.io.
4. Privacy & Data
- Your use of Snuggli is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Your personal journal entries and conversations are encrypted.
- Content you post in the community is visible to other users.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve Snuggli.
- You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit Snuggli.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Impersonating others or creating fake accounts.
- Using automated systems or bots to access Snuggli.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of Snuggli.
6. Intellectual Property
- Snuggli and its content are owned by Snuggli Technologies.
- You retain ownership of the content you create.
- By posting content, you grant Snuggli a license to display it.
- Do not use Snuggli's trademarks or branding without permission.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access to Snuggli will end.
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
- We are not liable for any loss of data upon termination.
8. Additional Terms
Disclaimer of Warranties: Snuggli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snuggli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Snuggli after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
